We process data to the extent and for the purposes that depend on how you use the site:

• Contact form: your name, e-mail address and the message content. Purpose: answering your enquiry and handling the correspondence.
• Technical and usage data: anonymous, aggregated visit information (no cookie identifiers), collected only with your consent. Purpose: measuring traffic and improving the site.
• Strictly necessary data: settings stored locally in your browser (theme, language, cookie decision). These are not sent to our servers.

• Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract and handling your contact enquiry.
• Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: the controller's legitimate interest in maintaining correspondence, keeping the site secure and pursuing or defending claims.
• Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR: your consent to analytics and non-essential cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time via the Cookie settings link in the footer.

The site uses only strictly necessary storage (localStorage) to remember your settings and your cookie decision. These require no consent, as they are essential to the site working.

For traffic measurement we use Vercel Web Analytics, which is anonymous and uses no identifying cookies. It is loaded only after you grant consent in the cookie banner. Until you accept, no analytics is loaded.

We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We do not profile users and we do not sell data.

We entrust data only to trusted service providers who process it on our behalf under data processing agreements:

• Vercel Inc. (USA) and Vercel EU: site hosting and anonymous analytics.
• Resend (USA): delivery of e-mail messages sent through the contact form.

Some providers (Vercel, Resend) are based in the USA, so data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. This is done under Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, ensuring an adequate level of protection.

• Contact form correspondence: for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, then until any related claims are time-barred.
• Analytics data: in aggregated, anonymous form, not linked to any identifiable person.
• Browser settings: until you clear them yourself.

In connection with the processing of your data, you have the right to:

• access your data and obtain a copy of it,
• rectify (correct) your data,
• erase your data,
• restrict processing,
• object to processing,
• data portability,
• withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal).

Providing your data is voluntary but necessary to send a message via the contact form. Without an e-mail address we cannot reply to your enquiry.
