The rules for using this website and its contact form. Individual projects are governed by separate contracts.
01General provisions
These terms set out the rules for using the website available at instant-engineering.com (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Maciej Szela, UrbanCorals - Maciej Szela, ul. Kujawska 12, 45-311 Opole, Poland, Tax ID (NIP) 754-337-03-54, REGON 529067747 (the "Provider").

02Scope of services
Through the Site the Provider offers, free of charge, electronic services consisting of:
- making available content that presents the portfolio, services and information about the studio,
- enabling contact via the contact form and e-mail address.
The Site is informational and is not an online store. The terms of any specific project are always agreed individually in a separate contract or quotation, outside the Site.
03Conditions of use
Use of the Site is voluntary and free of charge. The user agrees to use the Site in accordance with the law and good practice, and not to supply any unlawful content.
04Technical requirements
Using the Site requires a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript enabled. Using the contact form requires an active e-mail address.
05Contact form
Sending a message through the contact form is a one-off electronic service that ends the moment the message is delivered to the Provider. How the data provided in the form is processed is described in the Privacy Policy.
06Intellectual property
The Site content (text, graphics, marks, layout, code) is protected by copyright and belongs to the Provider or is used under appropriate licences. Copying or using it without the Provider's consent is not permitted, except as allowed by law.
07Complaints
Complaints about how the Site works can be sent to maciej@instant-engineering.com. We will review a complaint within 14 days of receiving it and reply to the e-mail address provided.
08Final provisions
Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means. The Provider may amend these terms for valid reasons; the current version, with its effective date, is always available on the Site.
