A broken Jeep Wrangler side step pad rebuilt from a single worn sample, without any manufacturer files. Measurements, tread pattern vectorised in Adobe Illustrator, 3D model in Shapr3D, FDM printing. The part was fitted onto the vehicle's original step bar.
Full CAD reconstruction of an existing guillotine for cutting flower stems. A 12-part assembly rebuilt in Shapr3D. Delivered 13 STEP files, 6 DXF laser-cut profiles, and 6 dimensioned A3 drawings with a bill of materials. Plates 4 to 5 mm, M6 and M8 threads, largest part 610 mm.
Visual identity for a Gdynia tattoo studio plus a custom illuminated LED sign built around the graffiti CORNER mark. The channel body was printed in 12 segments on the Bambu farm, joints designed to a 0.03 mm tolerance, a laser-cut acrylic face, and LED neon fill.
200 multi-colour FDM bottle openers with an embedded opener insert and a keyring hole. Plus branded logo tags and a golf-bag tag (254 mm). Graphic design included.
Brand identity for a Warsaw performance garage. An MK monogram built from a piston and connecting rod, a circular badge, a 4-colour palette (grey, blue, red, black) and a TT Supermolot Neue type system in two weights. Created in collaboration with Kamil Grecki.
9 printed flame petals in 3 filament colours (yellow, orange, red), mounted around a round LED ceiling fixture. The flame gradient comes from the material colour, with no painting. Designed in CAD, printed on our own farm, installed in a child's room.
A PETG blanking cover, 286 x 62.5 x 3.3 mm, that caps a machine's light strip. A light window plus a 6 x 13 mm port. Delivered as STL, 3MF and a dimensioned drawing. Print: ~16 g of filament, ~24 min.
