Corner Tattoo: brand identity and an illuminated LED sign
Visual identity for a Gdynia tattoo studio plus a custom illuminated LED sign built around the graffiti CORNER mark. The channel body was printed in 12 segments on the Bambu farm, joints designed to a 0.03 mm tolerance, a laser-cut acrylic face, and LED neon fill.
Problem
Corner, a tattoo studio in Gdynia, needed a coherent brand and a physical, glowing sign that matched the raw graffiti character of the interior. An off-the-shelf neon sign could not carry the custom artwork, and the lettering was too large and too intricate to print in one piece on a single machine.
Outcome
An illuminated LED sign assembled from 12 segments and delivered to the Corner Tattoo studio in Gdynia, together with a full logo pack. The segmented build made it possible to produce a sign larger than a single printer's build volume, and the 0.03 mm joints kept the segment lines tight.
- 01Brand design: vectorising the custom graffiti CORNER artwork in Illustrator, with a logo pack in mono and colour versions.
- 02Modelling the sign's channel body in Shapr3D from the artwork, with channels for the LED neon and a face for the laser-cut acrylic.
- 03Splitting the body into 12 printable segments sized to the print bed, with joints designed to a 0.03 mm tolerance.
- 04Batch-printing the 12 segments in parallel across the 6-printer Bambu farm, assembling the body, routing the LED neon and bonding the acrylic face.
